About Sergio
Sergio started playing the guitar 11 years ago leading him to the discovery of his true passion for music. I can also play Bass and Drums. He has pursued this dream by studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Performance at the Australian Institute of Music in Sydney. Similarly, he has decided to become a teacher to impart this passion on younger generations. His favourite genres of music include all kinds of rock, metal, blues, alternative, grunge and psychedelic. He finds it extremely rewarding to see the students grow and develop into confident young musicians.
Sergio is the lead guitarist and backing vocalist in up-and-coming Sydney band, Cosmic Caravan, who has just finished recording their debut album. Being in a band has helped him to refine and develop his songwriting and composition skills even further. He also has an understanding of the roles that each instrument has or can have in a band environment, which can be very useful when teaching intermediate students.
Sergio provides guitar, bass and songwriting lessons in the Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney including the following suburbs:
- Coogee
- Rockdale
- Oatley
- Edgecliff
- Zetland
