About Tutor Luca
Luca has been playing drums since the age of 5, making him our most experienced drum tutor. As a kid he went through all the technique training possible, completing AMEB and mastering a range of different styles. His love of playing the drums has crossed over into his teaching, which he is very enthusiastic about. He began teaching 4 years ago and has always loved helping students find their groove behind the kit.
Luca is a very hard-working teacher who always goes the extra mile to see students reach their goals. When he isn’t teaching, Luca balances his time between his 3 bands and works as an audio engineer and music producer operating the acclaimed South Street Recording Studios. His work in this field has allowed him to develop a very broad understanding of music that he aims to pass on to his students and inspire them with.
Luca provides drum lessons on the North Shore and Sutherland Shire including the following suburbs:
- Turramurra
- Caringbah
- Miranda
- St Ives
- Normanhurst
