About Tutor Eugene

Eugene began playing the guitar at the age of 16. He is a professional Children’s Musical Instructor who is a visionary musician, performer, songwriter and teacher with over 25 years teaching experience. He studied theatre at university and performed his own original compositions on radio, television, and stage.

His teaching philosophy is all about creativity, expression, and passion. He is an intuitive, caring, and generous teacher, helping students to progress with confidence week by week.
He is a strong rhythm guitar player, who loves riffing, soloing, and singing and teaches a wide range of music genres such as blues, folk, grunge, gypsy jazz, metal, pop, punk, and rock.

In his spare time, he is a performing member of 3 folk clubs, and is busy learning new songs and refining his teaching methods.

Eugene provides guitar, guitalele and ukulele lessons on the North Shore, Sydney CBD and Northern Beaches including the following suburbs:

  • Mosman
  • North Sydney
  • Kirribilli
  • Northbridge
