About Tutor Ben C
Ben is a passionate guitarist and music producer from Sydney, Australia. He completed his Bachelor of Music Contemporary (Performance) degree at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) in 2022. Ben is dedicated to imparting his extensive knowledge and skills to budding guitarists and musicians. His approach is tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each student.
Ben’s teaching journey began in January 2020, marking a pivotal moment when he decided to share his expertise with others. As a devoted mentor, he inspires his students to explore the world of guitar and music production.
With a background that includes experience as a music supervisor in the education sector, private guitar tuition, and live performances, Ben brings real-world expertise to his teaching. He is dedicated to tailoring his lessons to cater to the unique needs of each student and having fun, whether it be the basics, playing chords, learning scales and lead riffs, mastering covers or programming original compositions.
What truly sets Ben apart is his musical creativity and a wide spectrum of influences, including pop, rock, metal, electronic dance music and more. Ben crafts original music that transcends traditional boundaries, and his comprehensive understanding of Logic Pro music software and technical know-how allows him to nurture students to program and create their own original music.
Ben C provides piano lessons from his home studio in Greenwich and travels between suburbs in the Lower North Shore including:
