Angus

Angus is a passionate and accomplished guitarist with over 7 years of playing experience. A graduate of the prestigious Sydney Conservatorium of Music, he has performed across the country with a diverse range of bands, contributed to session work for fellow artists, and built a strong reputation as a dedicated and inspiring guitar teacher.

His teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that great musicianship comes from a blend of expert guidance, shared passion, and a constant desire to grow—no matter your starting point. Angus creates a relaxed, supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore their creativity and develop their unique style.

With a solid foundation in both acoustic and electric guitar, Angus also specialises in alternate and open tunings. His lessons cover a wide range of skills, including ear training, improvisation, and music production.

Versatility is one of Angus’s strengths. He adapts his teaching to suit each student’s goals and interests—whether it’s blues, rock, reggae, jazz, shoegaze, ambient, metal, or punk, Angus brings both depth and energy to every genre.
