About Mel
Mel has grown up in a musical environment, inspiring her to sing and pick up instruments from an early age as well as pursue her Honours degree at the Conservatorium of Music, completing a Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Music Practice).
She is highly involved in Sydney’s live music scene whether it be solo piano/vocal gigs or original band gigs. Her experience on stage has equipped her to teach students how to become confident, authentic performers.
Mel teaches vocals, piano and songwriting and is open to exploring a variety of genres such as Pop, Soul/R&B, Rock, Folk and Jazz. She is passionate about providing a positive experience for her students, sharing her knowledge on vocal health, technique and performance skills as well as enhancing their confidence and overall joy for music.
Mel provides piano lessons on the Upper North Shore, Ryde, Parramatta, Hills District, Western Sydney and Inner West including the following suburbs:
- Dural
- Windsor
- Castle Hill
- Epping
- Blacktown
