Terms and Conditions of Enrolment
The music tutors at Guitar Tutor Commuter have busy schedules to maintain, however, they will personally ensure that your lesson time is kept free from week to week.
Rescheduling lessons can become problematic due to a tutor’s limited availability. But we understand life can get in the way sometimes! We allow for ONE lesson reschedule per term. If your tutor is unavailable for the rescheduled lesson, it will be credited to the next term. Introductory offer lessons cannot be rescheduled.
12 hours notice of cancellation is required in these circumstances. Please contact Guitar Tutor Commuter directly and not the tutor. Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice must still be paid for.
Lesson fees are paid by direct deposit in advance and in full. They are calculated based on the number of weeks in school term.
2018 TERM DATES
Term 1: 30/1-13/4
Term 2: 1/5-6/7
Term 3: 24/7-28/9
Term 4 : 15/10-19/12
Note: Special arrangements may be made during the school holidays on request.
Payments must be made at least 2 business days before the first lesson.
Late payments will incur a 10% administration fee and can be subject to collection by legal means.
You must email us a notice of discontinuation or changes to enrolment before the end of the current term. This allows us to offer places to new students in the next term.
In the event that a tutor cannot make it to a scheduled lesson due to misadventure or other unforeseeable circumstances, an appropriate substitute tutor will be allocated or the lesson will be rescheduled. If this cannot be arranged, the lesson will be credited to the following term.
